Welcome in Morez

This site is dedicated to the town of Morez in the french part of the Jura mountains. Situated in a deep valley, a few kilometers away from the swiss border, Morez is surrounded by ski resorts (Les Rousses, Prémanon, Morbier, Bellefontaine ...).

Morez is well known for its industrial tradition :

• In the 19th century, Morez was known for its clock industry.

• Morez is now the french capital of spectacle frame manufacture.
